Job summary
Tenacity Solutions, LLC in Baltimore, MD, seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst for healthcare IT modernization on a hybrid schedule. The candidate will lead requirements sessions, develop detailed specifications, and support agile ceremonies from planning through UAT.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of computer systems experience in complex applications.
- 5+ years analyzing and designing enterprise applications.
- Experience with database management systems and technical specs.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating to specs.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder skills.
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent related experience.
- On-site Baltimore work 40–65% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specs.
- Develop process maps, workflows, gaps analyses, and docs.
- Analyze enterprise apps, case management systems, and data interfaces.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, PMs, and end users.
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and UAT.
- Prepare status reports, recommendations, and stakeholder presentations.
- Provide technical guidance to supporting analysts and project staff.
