• Elicit requirements and create clear Functional Specifications and workflows.
• Analyze systems and data, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business partners, project managers, and IT staff to design improvements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute test plans with end-users to verify systems.
