Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Systems Analyst to independently define system scope based on customer needs and to lead analysis, design, testing, and documentation of new or existing applications. You will provide technical leadership, resolve logic issues, and support system upgrades, while mentoring junior analysts and ensuring quality customer service.

Ideal candidates have experience across SDLC, multiple project phases, and strong knowledge of core technical areas.

Qualifications

• Experience with the systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design.
• Participation in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation.
• Understanding of interface specifications.
• Sound knowledge of multiple core technical areas or business processes.
