Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three years of equivalent experience in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping workshops to capture functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process workflows, wireframes, and functional specification documents for development and QA teams.
• Conduct gap analysis, evaluate system workflows, and analyze data structures within enterprise tracking systems, case management platforms, and health data interfaces (EHR/IIS).
• Coordinate directly with Program Managers, agency leadership, clinical/programmatic experts, and technical architects to review work products, validate solution designs, and ensure end-user satisfaction.
• Assist in backlog prioritization, prepare milestone status reports, participate in sprint ceremonies, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify delivered features meet defined business standards and federal funding requirements.
• Provide technical direction and functional support to junior analysts and support staff to maintain quality, accuracy, and adherence to project schedules.
