Job summary

GE HealthCare is launching an Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) in the United States, Wisconsin. Participants will rotate through cybersecurity, data analytics, product/project management, AI, development, and IT infrastructure to build leadership and technical skills for a future tech leadership career.

You will gain hands-on experience, structured training, mentorship, and leadership development to advance in digital technology within GE HealthCare.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT/CS/related STEM field.
Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
Experience applying technical and analytical skills through coursework, projects, or internships.
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Participate in ITDP rotations across Cybersecurity, Data Analytics & Operations, Technical Product/Project Management, Artificial Intelligence, Application Development, and IT Infrastructure & Architecture.
Gain hands-on experience and develop technical and leadership skills to prepare for a career in digital technology leadership.
