Job summary

GE HealthCare is launching an Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) in the United States, Wisconsin. Participants will rotate through cybersecurity, data analytics, product/project management, AI, development, and IT infrastructure to build leadership and technical skills for a future tech leadership career.

You will gain hands-on experience, structured training, mentorship, and leadership development to advance in digital technology within GE HealthCare.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT/CS/related STEM field.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
  • Experience applying technical and analytical skills through coursework, projects, or internships.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in ITDP rotations across Cybersecurity, Data Analytics & Operations, Technical Product/Project Management, Artificial Intelligence, Application Development, and IT Infrastructure & Architecture.
  • Gain hands-on experience and develop technical and leadership skills to prepare for a career in digital technology leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Data Science, or a related STEM field

As a participant in the Information Technology Development Program (ITDP), you’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on developing future leaders in digital technology. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, build technical and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that make a real-world impact on healthcare delivery.

Each rotation offers a unique opportunity to explore different areas of IT, including:

  • Cybersecurity – Safeguard systems and data through risk management and threat detection
  • Data Analytics & Operations – Leverage data to drive insights and operational efficiency
  • Technical Product/Project Management – Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Artificial Intelligence – Apply machine learning and AI to enhance IT processes & systems
  • Application Development – Build and optimize software tools for internal & external use
  • IT Infrastructure & Architecture – Design and support scalable, secure technology environments

Basic Qualifications
  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Data Science, or a related STEM field
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
  • Experience applying technical and analytical skills through coursework, projects, or internships
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
