Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Minnesota invites graduates to join the Infrastructure & Information Security Leadership Development Program (ITDP). This two-year rotation places you in four six-month assignments, partnering with cybersecurity, network, and compliance teams to build leadership and technical skills.

Placement locations include Medina, MN, Plymouth, MN, and other sites; successful completion leads to a full-time D&IT role. Start dates January 2027 or June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity or related field with graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 and full-time availability starting Jan 11, 2027 or Jun 14, 2027.
• U.S. person eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations over two years across cybersecurity, infrastructure and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to support enterprise technology platforms.
• Develop leadership, analytical and communication skills through structured and self-guided learning.
