GE HealthCare's Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) is an entry-level rotational engineering track designed to fast-track growth through hands-on assignments in diagnostics, software, and hardware.

As an EEDP member, you will rotate across disciplines, receive advanced technical training and mentorship, and develop leadership capabilities while contributing to meaningful healthcare innovations that shape the future of technology in medicine.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate, with a Bachelor’s degree completed by July 2027.
• Majors aligned to Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Biomedical Engineering; or Computer Science.
• Proven technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence team decisions.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month assignments developing cutting-edge technologies.
• Learn to design and deliver healthcare solutions from concept to production.
• Build core engineering and design skills through hands-on projects and training.
• Engage in leadership development and mentorship activities.
