The Cigna Group invites recent graduates to join its Technology Development Program (TECDP) – Artificial Intelligence Track, a two-year journey designed to build deep technical expertise and real-world healthcare impact.

Based in the United States with a hybrid schedule and multiple office options, you’ll learn through hands-on projects, mentorship, and track-specific curricula while contributing to AI-enabled healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or R and experience with AI/ML frameworks
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools (Copilot, GitHub, Cursor, etc.)
• Coursework, research, internships, or projects involving ML, LLMs, generative AI, NLP, CV, or related AI disciplines
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and ethical AI considerations
• Leadership or involvement in clubs, Hackathons, AI challenges, or research symposia

Responsibilities

• Contribute within the AI track by building impactful technical solutions that drive innovation across The Cigna Group
• Learn by doing alongside peers, mentors, and cross-functional partners through hands-on projects and onboarding experiences
• Grow through core and track-specific curriculum, including technical training, leadership development, and business exposure
• Build strong relationships across the organization through networking, mentorship, and collaboration
