Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound help desk calls, tickets, and emails from clinical and administrative staff
• Provide first-level IT support for common issues, including password resets and access problems
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or IT leadership as needed
• Document incidents, steps, actions, and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Maintain confidentiality and protect patient and organizational data per HIPAA
• Assist with basic user account setup and access changes
