Premier Medical Group in Clarksville, TN is offering a paid Information Technology Support Internship for students in an IT/CS program. You’ll assist in the IT Help Desk, gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems, and learn device management, VOIP, networking, and more.

The role emphasizes customer-focused support, collaboration with IT professionals, and mentorship, with flexible scheduling 10–20 hrs/week during the school year and full-time in breaks, in a locally owned multispecialty

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a college-level program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Interest in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Basic familiarity with Windows and/or Chrome OS operating systems.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Willingness to complete required HIPAA, security, and other compliance training.
• Understands the importance of protecting patient, employee, and organizational information.

Aufgaben

• Provide supplemental work with IT Help Desk via phone, in-person, or remote. Diagnose and resolve hardware & software issues or handoff to other team members.
• Support a variety of enterprise IT systems as opportunities arise.
• Provide professional, customer-focused technical support to physicians & staff.
• Learn and utilize enterprise device management and support tools.
• Research technical issues and assist with identifying solutions.
• Participate in technology projects and special assignments as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
