Job summary

Miami Jewish Health is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to deliver remote and on-site IT support across hardware, software, and network services for a distributed user base. You will troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues with an emphasis on user satisfaction and efficient incident handling.

Applicants should have an Associate degree in CS or equivalent and 1–2 years of related IT experience. Familiarity with Track-It, Active Directory, Windows, and Office 365 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS or equivalent is required.
• One to two years related IT support experience.
• Knowledge of MS Windows, Server, Office 365 and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support via phone, email and remote access.
• Support desktop, laptop, mobile devices and network services.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and authentication issues.
• Log incidents in Track-It and follow desk procedures.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd level support.
• Maintain and update the knowledge base and inventory records.
