You will handle password resets, EMR/EHR access, VPN, email, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting, documenting issues clearly and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active HIPAA compliance credential or training required.
• 1+ year of IT help desk or related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of Windows, email, user accounts, VPN, and common business applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation of support activity.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound help desk calls, tickets, and emails from staff.
• Provide first-level technical support for common IT issues (password resets, account lockouts, EMR/EHR access, VPN, email, connectivity).
• Follow documented procedures and workflows to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Document incidents, steps, actions, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or IT leadership as needed.
• Provide professional, patient, and customer-focused support to all users.
• Assist with basic user account setup and access changes.
• Support increased ticket volume during peak periods and system updates.
