DSS, Inc. in North Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Analyst to triage and resolve Level 1 helpdesk tickets for VA facilities using ITIL practices.

You will assist with software installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair while escalating complex issues to senior staff. The role emphasizes clear communication across phone, chat, and email, rapid incident handling, and building knowledge articles as issues are resolved.

Competenze

• Minimum six months of telephone-based customer support experience.
• Experience with software/hardware troubleshooting and Windows client/server environments.
• Knowledge of EMR or hospital IT systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Triage and resolve Level 1 tickets within SLA via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with software installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Document solutions in knowledge articles as issues are resolved.
• Shadow and learn from senior analysts to own tickets over time.
