Job summary
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Field Services Analyst I to deliver frontline technical support for employees and standard endpoint devices across our health system. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, mobile devices, and peripherals while providing timely, professional customer service.
Under guidance of senior IT staff, you will also support IT Asset Management in ServiceNow HAM Pro, maintain accurate device data, and travel between RWJBarnabas Health locations as needed to
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
- Basic endpoint hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi.
- Familiar with laptops, printers, mobile devices.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Valid NJ driver's license and ability to travel between locations.
- CompTIA A+ certification or ability to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support for employees and endpoint devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support IT Asset Management in ServiceNow HAM Pro and maintain accurate asset information.
- Provide onsite and remote support and travel between RWJBarnabas Health locations.
- Document issues and work steps in ticketing systems.
