Job summary
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Field Services Analyst I to deliver frontline technical support for employees and standard endpoint devices across RWJBarnabas Health. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues while delivering timely customer service.
Under supervision, you will support IT Asset Management processes by maintaining device and asset information in ServiceNow HAM Pro, providing onsite and remote support, and traveling between RWJBarnabas Health
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
- Basic endpoint hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Familiarity with laptops, PCs, thin clients, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and other endpoint tech.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for Windows endpoints.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
- Support Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Teams, Office apps).
- Resolve incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
- Maintain accurate IT asset information in HAM Pro.
