Qualifications
- High School diploma required; an Associate degree is a plus.
- 1–2 years IT support or medical device implementation experience preferred.
- NJ Driver's License required; strong communication and organization needed.
Responsibilities
- Integrate and support clinical software and hardware per established methods.
- Assist in troubleshooting user issues and provide effective solutions.
- Write reports on system performance and issues.
- Train end-users on clinical software and hardware.
- Test upgrades for compatibility with existing systems.
- Maintain documentation of system-related activities.
- Collaborate with more senior Technical Analysts on complex projects.
