Job summary

Medasource invites applications for a Device Deployment Technician to install, configure, and test end-user devices across clinical and operational environments. You will ensure devices are properly deployed, integrated with Epic systems, and fully functional to support patient care and business operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in healthcare IT, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision while traveling between locations

• Experience deploying and supporting end-user devices in enterprise or healthcare environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
• Experience in healthcare IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test end-user devices (workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals).
• Ensure integration and functionality of devices and applications.
• Label, inventory, and place devices per deployment plans and standards.
• Perform device validation for correct configuration, connectivity, and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and support during deployments.
• Interact with clinical/operational staff to minimize workflow disruption.
• Work across facilities, adapting to changing priorities and timelines.
• Maintain documentation of deployment activities and asset tracking.
