Medasource is seeking a Device Deployment Technician to support the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of end-user devices within clinical and operational healthcare environments in Indiana.
You will deploy workstations, laptops, tablets, and peripherals, ensure Epic system integration, and work with clinical staff to minimize workflow disruption on-site. Travel between locations may be required.

Contract Length: 9-12 months
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

As a Device Deployment Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of end-user devices within clinical and operational environments. You will ensure that hardware such as workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, and peripherals are properly deployed and integrated with Epic systems to support patient care and business operations. This position requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work directly with clinical staff in fast-paced healthcare settings. You will be responsible for device setup, validation, troubleshooting, on-site support, and accurate documentation of deployment activities, while delivering excellent communication and customer service.
