Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test end-user devices across clinical and operational environments.
• Ensure proper integration with Epic systems and related applications.
• Label, inventory, and place devices according to deployment plans.
• Perform device validation for correct configuration and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and support during deployments.
• Coordinate with clinical and operational staff to minimize workflow disruption.
• Work across multiple facilities and adapt to shifting timelines.
