Job summary

Medasource is seeking a Device Deployment Technician to support the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of end-user devices within clinical and operational healthcare environments in Indiana.

You will deploy workstations, laptops, tablets, and peripherals, ensure Epic system integration, and work with clinical staff to minimize workflow disruption on-site. Travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting end-user devices in enterprise or healthcare environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
• Experience in healthcare IT environments.
• Knowledge of device imaging and asset management tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test end-user devices (workstations, laptops, tablets, printers).
• Ensure proper integration with Epic systems and associated applications.
• Label, inventory, and place devices per deployment plans.
• Perform device validation for correct configuration and connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on-site.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and support during deployment.
• Interact professionally with clinical staff to minimize workflow disruption.
• Work across multiple facilities and adapt to timelines.
• Maintain documentation of deployment activities and asset tracking.
