Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Customer Service Analyst II specialized in Operations to support Hospital Information Services across the campus and beyond. You will troubleshoot system and user issues, manage SCCM, Active Directory and Virtual Desktop Imaging, and mentor Junior analysts while coordinating with the helpdesk vendor.

The role is full-time, day shift, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Microsoft A+ certification highly desired.
• 1 year experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and Virtual Desktop Imaging required.
• Two-year customer service experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and IT basics desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide CSA Level 1 support to Overlake system users.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues to the proper team.
• Mentor Customer Service Analyst I; provide secondary support to outside helpdesk vendor.
