Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an IT Application Trainer in Phoenix to empower users through curriculum development, training delivery, and deployment support of vendor enterprise application software across clinical, financial, and business systems.

The role collaborates with business operations, IT Application Analysts, and other IT staff, maintaining training environments and materials, while participating in after-hours on-call rotation and travel to HonorHealth sites within Arizona.

Qualifications

• Associates or 2 years' work related experience in Information Systems (IS), Healthcare, Business or Two (2) years' related education and experience in eduction, instructional design or related fields
• Required Associates in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Disciplines or non-licensed field: Nursing institution
• Preferred Bachelors in Healthcare, Education IS or Instructional Design or related

Responsibilities

• Facilitates end-user training on go-lives, new releases/upgrades, optimization requests, project roll outs, new employee orientation.
• Works with IT Training Support Specialist on logistics (courses, classrooms, registrations, timeframes).
• Develops training content delivery approaches (simulations, e-learning).
• Builds/trains the training environment and maintains it with new releases.
• Travels to HonorHealth sites as needed.
• Collaborates with EMR team, IT analysts and stakeholders to align curricula with workflows.
