Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix seeks a Principal Trainer - IT Applications to develop training curriculums, deliver end-user training, and support go-lives and upgrades across enterprise applications.

You will collaborate with IT analysts, clinical informatics, operations and EMR teams to translate complex workflows into practical training content, maintain training environments, and provide on-call support. Travel to affiliated sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years in training with EMR systems or similar software.
• 5 years in training with EMR systems; curriculum development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-user training for go-lives, upgrades and new releases.
• Coordinate training logistics with IT Training Support Specialist.
• Create training content using simulations, e-learning, or other methods.
• Prepare training environments and keep them updated with changes.
• Collaborate with EMR and IT stakeholders to align curricula with workflows.
