Qualifications

• Associates or 2 years' work related experience in Healthcare/Business/Information Systems (IS) or Computer Science.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, IS, CS or related field preferred.
• Epic Certification required or obtained within policy timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot low-to-moderate complexity end-user issues and workflow problems.
• Analyze business operations to inform design decisions and changes.
• Design, test, implement, and support files/systems within assigned Epic applications.
• Support change, project management, and documentation standards for IT initiatives.
