Job summary

You will mentor team members, manage complex projects, ensure change control compliance, and collaborate with leadership to align technology with patient care workflows. On-call rotation and travel to HonorHealth sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor department personnel.
• Troubleshoot high-complexity end-user issues and workflow problems.
• Coordinate enterprise workflow improvements and lead analysis/implementation.
• Ensure change control and documentation policies are followed.
• Travel to HonorHealth sites as needed.
