Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a full-time IT professional to support the design, build, implementation and ongoing support of clinical-based applications.

You will liaise between IT and hospital units to tailor the Clinical System to meet the Hospital’s needs, while participating in incident management and documentation. Ideal candidates have 2 years of clinical or IT experience in healthcare, familiarity with EHR/PACS, and the ability to implement or support clinical information

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of clinical or IT experience in a health care field.
• Experience with clinical systems like Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Surgery, EHR and PACS.
• Experience implementing or supporting a clinical-based information system.

Responsibilities

• Keeps commitments and participates in implementation projects by completing assigned tasks.
• Communicates progress, escalates when necessary and participates in process improvements.
• Performs basic design, configuration, testing, and implementation of clinical applications; responds to incidents and requests.
