Qualifications

• 2+ years directly working with Inventory Management.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
• Experience with pharmacy automation, SAP, and related systems.
• Ability to inspire, leverage, execute, advance, and develop.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and inventory processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operations management experience.

Responsibilities

• Inventory/Asset Management: Manage daily reconciliation, adjustments, loss, damaged, expired analytics.
• Oversee cycle count process, accuracy rates, and compliance inventory reporting.
• Manage physical and systematic inventory process.
• Maintain proper drug setup to optimize system throughput and efficiency.
• Ensure inventory compliance and regulatory controls per SOPs and obligations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead redesign efforts.
• Assist with operational issues, customer research, transportation and minor facilities issues.
