Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Healthcare supply chain experience a plus; familiarity with inventory controls.
• Experience with inventory software and data reporting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perpetual Inventory Management: Maintain perpetual inventory systems, including Workday and NiceLabel.
• Inventory Optimization: Analyze inventory levels, usages, and demand forecasts to optimize stock levels.
• Inventory Control: Enforce policies to prevent stock-outs, overstocking, and discrepancies.
• Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and clinical staff.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and present findings to management.
