Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of home health, hospice, or healthcare Intake/Scheduling experience.
• Understanding of Home Health or Hospice Intake and clinical staffing.
• Sound knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations including JCAHO regulation.

Responsibilities

• As Intake Coordinator, serves as liaison between patients and clinical staff; manages referrals and verifies insurance; enters data into EMR.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with staffing to deliver high-quality care; coordinate patient referrals and operations.
