Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an instructional designer in corporate L&D.
• Experience building online and in-person courses for adult learners.
• Proficient with Microsoft and graphics software.
• Familiar with ADDIE and rapid development methods (e.g., SAM).
• Experience with LMS, video conferencing, and authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee diverse instructional modalities from e-learning to blended learning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enrich teaching and learning experiences using technology.
• Create content aligned with organizational goals and curate timely material.
• Serve as SME for instructional design technologies like Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Connect.
• Develop detailed plans, storyboards, prototypes, facilitator guides, and job aids.
• Apply instructional strategies and learning science to improve curriculums.
• Lead continuous improvement using ADDIE, SAM, and design thinking; ensure project delivery.
• Maintain standards for online course development and consistency across projects.
• Meet with operational leads to assess learning technology needs and opportunities.
