Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of design and development experience focused on e-learning formats.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with video editing, multimedia development, and storytelling for learning.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops e-learning courses across multiple modalities (ILT, virtual, blended, self-paced).
• Develops course materials in various formats (print, graphics, audio, video, animation).
• Creates SCORM-compliant courses and multimedia assets (videos, animations, knowledge checks).
• Trains SMEs and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manages instructional projects from inception to completion and coordinates vendor relationships.
