Conceptra Biosciences in Arizona is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to drive growth by forging new partnerships in healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. You will prospect, qualify, and onboard accounts, using Zoho CRM and Acumatica ERP to keep the pipeline clean and accurate.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quarterly revenue goals, learn regulatory aspects of medical distribution, and build lasting relationships with healthcare providers and distributors.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and connect with healthcare providers and pharmacy accounts.
• Conduct high-impact calls and emails to expand territory.
• Onboard new customers with clear guidance through onboarding.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with decision-makers for long-term retention.
• Manage order entry in Acumatica and coordinate with Supply Chain and Finance.
• Maintain a transparent sales pipeline in Zoho CRM.
