Job summary

Whole Family Health Center in Florida's Treasure Coast is seeking a Clinical Innovation & Projects Manager to drive clinical and operational improvement across the organization.

You’ll partner with clinical operations, technology, executives, and vendors to optimize Athena and other clinical apps, implement AI-enabled tools, map workflows, lead strategic projects from planning through measurement, and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, clinical applications, workflow improvement, project management, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, provider operations, patient access, and care-team roles.
• Experience with workflow improvement, change management, training, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated cross-functional project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn organizational priorities into actionable plans and lead initiatives from idea to implementation to measurable results.
• Optimize Athena and other clinical applications to improve provider efficiency, patient access, documentation, scheduling, and care-team workflows.
• Lead or coordinate the implementation, testing, training, adoption, and optimization of new technology, including AI-enabled tools.
• Map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design more effective processes.
• Lead strategic and operational projects from planning through implementation, measurement, and closeout.
• Coordinate training and implementation resources for new technology, workflows, and operational processes.
