Job summary

Whole Family Health Center in Florida's Treasure Coast is seeking a Clinical Innovation & Projects Manager to drive clinical and operational improvements across the organization. In this role, you will lead initiatives from idea to measurable results, collaborate with operations, technology, and executive leadership, and enhance workflows using AI-enabled tools and modern health IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, clinical applications, workflow improvement, project management, healthcare technology.
• Demonstrated cross-functional project leadership experience.
• Experience with workflow improvement, change management, training, and performance measurement.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, provider operations, patient access, and care-team processes.

Responsibilities

• Turn organizational priorities into actionable plans and lead initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Lead Athena implementation and optimization.
• Evaluate emerging healthcare technologies and AI-enabled tools.
• Map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design better processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Provide project updates to organizational leadership.
