Job summary

Vytalize Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Innovation to own the launch and management of new clinical programs, driving patient outcomes, care coordination, and financial performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop business cases, build rollout plans, monitor KPIs, and scale innovative solutions at the intersection of clinical operations and product development.

Qualifications

• 5 years of healthcare industry experience in value-based care or managed care settings.
• Experience leading large, complex healthcare programs.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, KPI development, business case creation, and scenario modeling.
• Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on vendor management experience: administering agreements, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, and managing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, oversight, and performance management of a portfolio of enterprise initiatives.
• Develop rollout plans and stakeholder communications for new programs; drive actions/follow-ups.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and executive decision-making.
• Build rollout and adoption plans, including training, go-live support, and feedback loops.
• Develop business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders; manage day-to-day tasks and risks.
• Maintain roadmaps, tools, and governance structures; prepare status reports for leadership.
