Job summary

PeopleOne Health is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations for a cluster of primary care centers in Florida. You will supervise Medical Assistants, coordinate staffing, ensure compliant clinical workflows, and drive a positive patient experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare operations with leadership experience, strong EHR skills (eClinicalWorks a plus), and a track record of improving staff performance and patient satisfaction in ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical supervision.
• Proven leadership and staff management experience in a medical office or clinic.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, infection control, and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across a designated group of centers.
• Ensure efficient and compliant execution of clinical workflows and protocols.
• Maintain standards for documentation, infection control, and inventory management.
• Monitor staffing levels and manage schedule changes and coverage needs.
• Oversee time tracking, approve PTO, and manage attendance per policy.
• Facilitate regular team huddles for alignment and accountability.
• Support a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and member-first thinking.
• Support initiatives that enhance member experience and service recovery.
• Track and manage performance metrics (patient satisfaction, quality, productivity).
• Ensure compliance with audits, regulatory requirements, and standards.
