Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Florida seeks a Director of Clinical Project Management & Implementation to lead multidisciplinary planning and the rollout of new medical technologies and clinical solutions.

This role coordinates Clinical Operations, Nursing, Physicians, IT, Clinical Engineering, Facilities, Supply Chain to ensure go-live readiness, governance, risk management, and smooth project closeout.

Qualifications

• RN licensure preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field required
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience required
• Bargaining/Nursing background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary planning and implementation of new medical technologies and clinical solutions.
• Coordinate Clinical Operations, Nursing, Physicians, IT, Clinical Engineering/Biomed, Facilities, Supply Chain, Finance, Infection Prevention, Education, vendors, and other hospital departments to ensure projects are implemented from approval through go-live.
• Manage project governance, stakeholder coordination, timelines, dependencies, site-readiness, risk management, communication, implementation, and project closeout.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, RACI matrices, risk logs, action items, and implementation schedules.
• Identify required stakeholders and establish clear roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate requirements across Clinical, IT, Clinical Engineering, Facilities, Supply Chain, Finance, Infection Prevention, Education, and other departments.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings, site-readiness assessments, implementation reviews, and go-live readiness meetings.
• Lead go-live planning and ensure all clinical, technical, operational, and infrastructure activities are completed.
• Monitor projects through stabilization and post-implementation reviews; document lessons learned.
