Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Operations Management, Finance, or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of progressive project management or related analytical/operations experience.
• 2–3 years of leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong data analysis, process mapping, and dashboard development skills.
• Advanced Excel and Tableau experience.
• On-site schedule with flexibility based on project phases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, or CBAP certifications desirable but not required.
• Covid vaccine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from concept to final implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables with leaders and track progress.
• Use BI and data analytics to inform decisions and improve operations.
• Design dashboards using Tableau to monitor KPIs and benefits realization.
• Proficiently use Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Map processes and analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks.
• Create SOPs informed by data insights to optimize governance.
• Lead project team meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned projects and on-site liaison.
• Conduct on-site observations and assessments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
