Vytalize Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Innovation to lead and manage multiple clinical programs from concept to launch.

You will own business cases, execution models, and the transition to scaled operations, coordinating with Clinical Services, Product, Analytics, and Finance teams. The role demands strategic thinking, adaptability, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery through innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in health tech or related fields.
• 5-8 years of professional experience with 2-3 years in healthcare.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex programs or projects.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including modeling and forecasting.
• Experience applying AI, automation, predictive analytics to improve performance.
• Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, oversight, and performance of a portfolio of enterprise initiatives.
• Develop business requirements and manage day-to-day project tasks.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and executive decision-making.
• Build rollout plans, training, and post-launch feedback loops.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to scale programs.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract-related activities.
