Job summary

Washtenaw Community College is seeking an Industry Solutions Manager, Healthcare to serve as the program’s content expert and primary point of contact for healthcare employers. You will shape customized training, lead industry engagement, and help meet revenue targets through open enrollment and community offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field.
• Significant healthcare experience with current knowledge of tools, certifications, and practices.
• Experience in business development, sales, consultation, or employer engagement with client relationships.
• Strong project management, analytical, and research skills.
• Planning and budgeting experience including revenue forecasting and pricing.
• Experience developing or delivering training or curriculum preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools and assess AI content for confidentiality and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Act as WCC’s healthcare subject-matter expert, maintaining current industry knowledge.
• Lead employer-facing engagement in healthcare and drive sales conversations.
• Diagnose employer training needs through discovery, market analysis, and trend research.
• Deliver, co-deliver, or guide training within the discipline.
• Guide the division’s industry engagement strategy in healthcare.
• Forecast and meet annual revenue goals, developing pricing based on analysis.
• Develop open enrollment classes for Lifelong Learning in the discipline.
