Job summary

HealthFitness, a trusted leader in corporate fitness, seeks a Program Manager I - Fitness to lead a high-impact on-site program at a client site in Ann Arbor, MI. You will oversee operations, coach staff, and deliver engaging onsite and virtual wellness initiatives to achieve measurable health outcomes.

You will ensure contract compliance, drive strategic plans, and create outcomes-focused reports, while recruiting and mentoring a winning team in a service-driven corporate setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ related industry experience.
• Industry recognized Group Exercise certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NCCPT or NETA (if not current within 60 days of hire).
• NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer certification from an Industry recognized and HealthFitness approved agency (if not current within 90 days of hire).
• Current Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certifications from recognized bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-impact fitness program.
• Manage all operational aspects of a midsized corporate fitness facility.
• Deliver onsite and virtual wellness programs that engage participants.
• Prepare outcomes-focused management reports.
• Recruit, train, mentor fitness staff.
