Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Three years of healthcare workforce development or related postsecondary experience.
• One year of grants management experience.
• Experience with data analysis using statistical software (R, Stata, SAS, SPSS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.
• Knowledge of the community college system.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to community colleges.
• Manage grant administration and compliance.
• Research healthcare workforce needs and share findings with stakeholders.
