Job summary

TEKsystems in Tempe, AZ is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire role in a busy call center. You will handle inbound calls, follow ups, and respond to questions about general information and prior authorizations, maintaining high attention to detail.

You will enter data across multiple systems, work toward quality and accuracy, and meet daily call volume targets. The position is fully onsite in Tempe, with benefits and eligibility, seeking candidates with

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center within recent employment tenure of 1 year in jobs
• no jumpy resumes (client will not approve jumpy resumes)
• at least a year of high volume call center experience in last 2-3 years
• typing at least 30wpm
• computer knowledge and skills
• There are the tests to use in IKM Typing Test - One Space Version (1min) 30 WPM Call Center - Telephone Skills 75% minimum

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and some follow up calls
• Answer questions on prior authorization, general questions and confidential information
• Enter information accurately using multiple systems
• Quality and accuracy measured; might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on complexity
