Job summary

PatientPoint, LLC is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end installation and product rollout for new customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Field Technicians and Clients to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

In this role, you will oversee project planning, construction readiness, and on-site installations, acting as SME for network infrastructure and hardware/software configurations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects in customer-facing environments.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end deployments across multiple sites, aligning client requirements, timelines and technical execution.
• Experience guiding client relationships through all deployment phases from pre-installation to go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for all new customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Field Technicians and Clients to ensure seamless transitions from sale to service.
• Provide comprehensive rollout planning and oversee construction readiness across facilities.
• Act as SME for network infrastructure and configurations to support deployments.
• Manage on-site installations and resolve technical/logistical challenges to maintain momentum.
