Job summary

Daniels Health in Chicago is seeking a Customer Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end customer implementations from handoff through go-live and ongoing support.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Account Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Installation, Technology, Clinical Education, Training and Client Success, driving timelines and deliverables with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing customer implementations or related projects.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industry preferred.
• Proven success leading cross-functional implementation projects.
• Strong planning, risk management, and status reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations from handoff to go-live and support.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate customer kickoffs, readiness reviews, and post-launch follow-up activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Account Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Installation, Technology, Clinical Education and Training.
• Drive accountability for deliverables and deadlines among internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, risk logs, action plans, and launch readiness materials.
• Manage scope changes and document implementation requirements clearly.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools for better customer experience.
