Job summary

Daniels Health is a healthcare services company focused on safety systems and medical waste management for hospitals and other healthcare settings. We are seeking a Program/Project Manager to lead customer implementations from handoff to go-live and ongoing support.

You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, coordinating scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and risks, and will run kickoff and readiness reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience managing customer implementations or related projects.
• Healthcare/regulated industries experience preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
