Job summary

RLDatix in Lehi, Utah is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customer implementations from signed contract through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding.

You will manage data connectivity, configuration, validation, and enablement, educate users, and drive adoption while aligning stakeholders in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage project plans, timelines, risks, and go-live readiness.
• Deep understanding of data flows, integrations, configurations, and validation steps.
• Experience with healthcare data exchanges (APIs, HL7, EHRs) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects from scope to go-live and closeout.
• Coordinate data connections from EHRs and practice-management systems via APIs, SFTP, HL7, or flat files.
• Configure business rules, patient workflows, profiles, and communications to meet needs.
• Run checkpoints and validations to confirm platform behavior before broader rollout.
• Educate technical teams and users on platform usage and workflows.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and next steps for multiple implementations.
• Partner with Customer Success, Support, Education, Sales, and tech teams for a coordinated experience.
