Job summary

RLDatix in Lehi, Utah is seeking a US-based Customer Success Manager. You will own a portfolio of named accounts, drive retention, adoption, and growth for RLDatix Patient Experience & Growth solutions, and serve as the primary relationship owner and internal advocate.

You will partner with implementation, support, sales, product, and leadership teams to translate product capabilities into measurable value for healthcare customers, while maintaining on-site presence in Utah.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Customer Success experience in SaaS/healthcare tech
• Proven ability to own a customer book of business and drive retention and growth
• Ability to translate product capabilities into clear business value
• Comfort working on-site in Lehi, Utah (no relocation)
• Interest in helping healthcare organizations attract and retain patients; related experience is a plus
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, support, implementation, product, and leadership teams

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of assigned customer accounts and drive retention by managing adoption, engagement, and renewal risk
• Identify opportunities for account growth and partner with sales to progress qualified opportunities
• Lead regular customer touchpoints, including check-ins, business reviews, and training conversations
• Analyze customer data and goals to guide account planning and proactive action plans
• Coordinate with implementation, support, sales, product, and leadership to meet customer needs across a multi-account portfolio
