Job summary

RLDatix is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Lehi-based Customer Success team. You will lead onboarding projects from contract through go-live, coordinating data connectivity and configuration to fit customer workflows.

You’ll educate technical teams and end users, manage milestones across multiple initiatives, and collaborate with Success, Support, Education and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing implementations and onboarding programs.
• Proven ability to manage project plans, timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Knowledge of data flows, integrations, configuration requirements, workflow rules, and validation steps.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding projects from initial scope through validation, enablement, go-live and closeout.
• Coordinate data connections from EHR and practice-management systems via APIs, SFTP, HL7 feeds, or flat files.
• Configure business rules, patient communication workflows, provider and location profiles, and related platform settings.
• Run checkpoints, phased launches, and validation activities to confirm behavior before broader rollout.
• Educate technical teams and business users on the platform and customer-specific workflows.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and next steps across concurrent implementations.
• Partner with Customer Success, Support, Education, Sales and technical teams to deliver a coordinated customer experience.
